Cook book - Around the World in Sixty Dishes
Product detail
Enjoy 60 easy to make and healthy recipes from around the world, from Mexico, Italy, Ireland, India, the Caribbean, Wales, Thailand, Denmark, Australia and New Zealand.
The recipe book includes recipes from celebrity chefs, Simon Rimmer, Tim Lovejoy, Delia Smith, Andrew Nutter, Paul Heathcote, Brian Turner, Michael Caines and Gordon Ramsay.
All profits from the cook book are going to charity, to be split three ways between Cancer Research UK, The Royal Marsden Hospital in London and Sutton, and the Christie Hospital in Manchester.
The recipe book has been entirely devised and developed by Bupa staff and is supported by Bupa through its Community Connections initiative, which encourages employees to volunteer help and support to the local communities in which they live and work.
Val Gooding, Bupa Chief Executive, said:
"Bupa has a long and proud history in supporting charities and our Community Connections department was set up with the aim of recognising, assisting and supporting all the good work already being done by Bupa people in their local communities and to encourage more people to get involved. This book is an extension of all of this good work and a fitting part of our celebrations to mark 60 years in health and care."
